Job Profile:-Sales Executive/ Sr. Sales Executive / Asst. Sales Manager

Experience:    0 to 3 yrs. | Salary: INR 1,75,000 – 3,60,000 P.A (As Per Current CTC)

Job description:

  • Visit potential customers for new business. Attend the walk-in customers at the sales offices, solve their queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Understanding clients requirement and offering them suitable space.
  • Provide customers with quotations.
  • Maximize revenue generation and lead closures.
  • Communicate the necessary information to the clients regarding various projects handled by the company.
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
  • Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends.
  • Organising sales visits.
  • Establishing new business.
  • Maintaining accurate records.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities.
  • Record sales and send copies to the sales office.
  • Review your own sales performance.
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
  • Prepare and maintain Sales MIS reports.
  • Coordinate sales and business initiatives and integrate sales processes across the company.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with Real Estate background will be preferred.
  • Candidates should have minimum 1 Years experience in Real Estate.
  • Good communication, negotiation skills and good clientele.

Experience: 3 to 7yrs. | Salary: INR 4,00,000 – 7,00,000 P.A (As Per Current CTC)

Job Description

  • Revenue generation: Achieving sales target and sales of the Companys Projects.
  • Making sure conversion targets are achieved through the team.
  • Client/Customer Relationship Management.
  • Collections- Monthly Post Sales & Pre Sales target through new bookings.
  • Follow up leads, contact existing and new client, conduct effective meetings and close deals.
  • Prepare sales reports and execute presentations.
  • Manage customer service: Streamline the systems and procedures internally to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Identification of new channel partners, builders, brokers and reinforcement of old partnerships.
  • Strengthening back office operations (marketing and sales).
  • Complete documentation used in sales operations/procedures.
  • Training, advising and regular monitoring of marketing staff /team.
  • The person would be primarily dealing in International Real Estate.
  • Laying down the strategy around Lead generation and real estate sales.
  • Assist to strategize the marketing plan around the products offered.
  • Follow up personally with clients and ensuring closures.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 year in Real Estate sales.
  • Good contacts in the industry.
  • Good sales and convincing skills.
  • Own Vehicle is a must.
  • MBA (Sales and Marketing) preferred.
  • Excellent Communication skills Required.
